We use Spee-Dee Delivery and UPS for our shipping needs. Orders are delivered based on the ship date(s) requested by the buyer at the time of an order. In the event that a product needs to be replaced please contact the bakery by referencing the contact information listed on the contact us page of this website.
We ship Monday - Wednesday for all non-Wisconsin Residents. For Wisconsin and Northern Illinois residents, we will ship on Thursdays.
We use Spee-Dee Delivery and UPS for our shipping needs. We do not ship to any P.O Boxes. If you enter in a P.O Box for a shipping address, this will delay your shipment until we can contact you for a street address.
While we use UPS and Spee-Dee to handle the deliveries of our products, we are not responsible for any actions by UPS or Spee-Dee that may incur delays in product arrival. See ups.com and speedeedelivery.com for their shipping policies.
A $10 fee will be assessed per shipment address that requires correction by Spee-Dee and/or UPS.

If you place an order after 4 p.m CST your order will be scheduled to ship the next available shipping day.
Your satisfaction is very important to us! We are unable to take returned product due to health code restrictions. All disputes must be raised within 15 days from the shipping date. If a delivered product does not meet or exceed your expectations please contact us and we will issue a replacement product. Each situation will be handled case by case evaluating all factors before making a determination on how it will be resolved.
