Cake Ordering Policy
It is our pleasure and an honor to create one of our delicious buttercream cakes for your special day. As we know things can change in the midst of planning an event, the Cake Order Guidelines highlights the timelines required for any changes on pickup, delivery or decorations. Thank you so much!
- Monday – Thursday
No P.O boxes. If you enter in a P.O Box for a shipping address, this will delay your shipment until we can contact you for a street address.
4 p.m CST is the cut-off time for all eligible orders for next day shipments.
While we use UPS to handle the deliveries of our products, we are not responsible for any actions by UPS that may incur delays in product arrival. See ups.com and for their shipping policies.
Military Shipments – We are honored to ship to the men and women serving our country. Please contact us directly if you are wishing to do so.
Your satisfaction is very important to us! We are unable to take returned product due to health code restrictions. All disputes must be raised within 15 days from the shipping date. We take great pride in our customer service and products. If your New Glarus Bakery experience exceeded or fell short of meeting your expectations, please let us know. For any delivered product that does not meet your expectations, it is our pleasure to make it right.
We truly aim to ship your order based on the ship date chosen at the time of checkout. We would love to hear from you 24 hrs prior the ship date to cancel your order. Refunds for orders cancelled 24 hrs prior to shipment will be applied at the time of cancellation. Any orders cancelled less than 24 hrs will be given a store credit in the form of gift certificate. If an order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
