Raise More Dough with New Glarus Bakery Cookie Dough Fundraisers
Looking for a fundraiser that is easy to organize, enjoyable to sell, and offers a meaningful return for your nonprofit organization?
New Glarus Bakery is proud to help schools, youth groups, churches, clubs, and other nonprofit organizations raise money through our hand-packed cookie dough fundraiser program. Whether you are purchasing new textbooks, helping students attend a field trip, supporting a community project, or funding another important goal, we would love to help your organization succeed.
Your Organization Keeps 50% of the Sales
Participating nonprofit organizations keep 50% of their cookie dough sales.
Once your final order is complete, New Glarus Bakery will provide an invoice showing the amount due at pickup. The remaining proceeds stay with your organization to support its fundraising objective.
Delicious Cookie Dough Flavors
Each cookie dough variety is packaged in a generous 2-pound container. Every container is hand-packed by our bakery team.
Our regular cookie dough flavors include:
- Chocolate Chip
- M&M
- Sugar
- Oatmeal Raisin
- Peanut Butter
- White Chocolate Macadamia
- Molasses
- Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip
Seasonal Christmas Spritz Cookie Dough
During the Christmas season, organizations may also have the opportunity to offer our traditional Spritz Cookie Dough.
This seasonal favorite makes it easy for customers to bake classic Christmas cookies at home while supporting a meaningful local cause. Availability and ordering deadlines will depend on our holiday production schedule.
With traditional favorites, indulgent choices, a gluten-free option, and a special Christmas offering, there is something for nearly everyone.
We Provide the Sales Sheets
New Glarus Bakery prints the fundraiser sales sheets in-house. Simply let us know how many sellers will be participating, and we will prepare the number of sales sheets your organization needs.
Before beginning, we ask that your organization provide documentation explaining the purpose of the nonprofit fundraiser. Examples may include raising funds for:
- New textbooks
- Student field trips
- Youth activities
- Equipment or uniforms
- Educational programming
- Community projects
- Other nonprofit objectives
Recommended Fundraiser Timeline
A selling period of one to two weeks is recommended. This gives participants enough time to reach family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers without allowing the fundraiser to become difficult to manage.
After the final order is submitted, please allow a minimum of two weeks for our bakery team to prepare and hand-pack the cookie dough.
Because every 2-pound container is packed by hand, advance planning is especially important during our busy fall and holiday baking seasons.
Final Order and Add-On Policy
All orders must be submitted by the established cutoff date.
During our busiest baking seasons, we may not be able to accommodate late additions after the final order has been placed. If extra containers are available, we will gladly accept orders for those flavors. However, additional dough beyond what has already been prepared may need to wait until the next cookie dough production date.
As we move into fall and holiday baking, our production also shifts toward seasonal favorites, including Spritz. Submitting an accurate final order by the deadline helps us prepare your fundraiser correctly and on schedule.
Pickup and Distribution
Your organization will need to designate a group of at least two people to pick up the completed cookie dough order.
Before pickup, our team will verify the container count. We also ask your pickup group to recount the containers before leaving the bakery to confirm that the order is accurate. Any discrepancies will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
For the smoothest experience, we strongly recommend distributing all cookie dough orders to your customers on one scheduled day.
Cookie dough containers that are not immediately picked up by customers must remain frozen. The dough contains raw egg and should be handled and stored appropriately.
A Fundraiser People Look Forward To
Cookie dough is a familiar product that is easy for supporters to enjoy and share. Families can stock their freezers, bake fresh cookies as needed, and feel good knowing that their purchase is helping a local nonprofit organization reach an important goal.
At New Glarus Bakery, we truly appreciate every opportunity to support the schools, organizations, and groups that make our communities stronger.
