Our traditional Birnbrot (Swiss Pear Bread) is chock-full of sweet and spicy flavor and bursting with the fruity goodness of dried apples and pears. We wrap all this old-world goodness in a handmade, slightly sweet dough and bake it golden-brown to create a famously delicious seasonal treat.
Sadly, our Swiss Pear Bread is seasonal – get yours while they last between October 1st and December 31st and between March 1st and April 30th.
